Ariadne and Lottie meet, and work with knives.

Arena 01

• Ariadne runs into a spot of trouble at the Cornucopia, but eventually comes out of it with a knife and a number of cans. She meets Amy, and very nearly escapes death with Hitagi.

• Ariadne follows after Amy, and the two meet up high up north in the Arena. The alliance is officially formed.

• Team Jeeves gets into a spot of trouble when there's a rockslide. Kaidan is separated from the girls, and Garrus is killed.

• Ariadne heads out on her own, and it eventually leads to her demise.

The Capitol

Ariadne is shuffled to one of Effie's parties and paraded around, where she meets Elias. He can teach her far more than her mentors ever could.

A victor is crowned, and Ariadne attends to following party. She congratulates Shepard in person, and runs into Lottie. Literally.

Arena 2

• This new Cornucopia sees Ariadne to her first kill. It's a blessing and a curse: Eliot and Momoko aren't quite sure what to think of her. She makes it out with a bag contained freeze-dried fruit, matches, and a coat, and Eliot gives her a can of water.

• Eliot, Momoko, and Ariadne plan a return to the Cornucopia. They run into Kaidan, and catch up a little.

• Team Crime returns to the Cornucopia to try to grab some of the leftover supplies: Eliot sets about digging up some of the mines around the Tribute platform while Ariadne and Momoko plan a secret alliance. But they get attacked, and end up having to flee.

• Later, Team Crime takes some time to regroup, and it's one of the few moments they let themselves laugh.

• Lottie is attacked again by Tate, and Ariadne and Momoko end up watching the whole thing.

• Team Crime, while taking a break, gets split up by the acid rain. Also known as Ariadne and Momoko die, leaving Eliot alone.

The Capitol

Ariadne is all but interrogated by a woman who makes her like the Capitol even less than usual. She's starting to think the rumours of a rebellion are a good idea.

After both she and Kaidan are nursed back to life sufficiently, they meet up in the hallway, and make a pact to stay allies in the next Arena.

Immediately prior to the closing interviews, Ariadne and Derek get to know each other a bit better.

Then it's onto the interviews themselves, where Ariadne plays the modesty card and tries to earn some supporters.

Shortly thereafter, Ariadne goes to the rooftop of the Training Centre for some reminiscing. She's also fairly certain telling Eliot what she used to do in Paris was a bad idea.

Arena 03

• Right off the bat, and without hesitation, Ariadne manages to kill off one of the Tributes. She also obtains a few useful items: a bag with an umbrella and a plastic water bottle, and a spear.

• Ariadne runs into Emily immediately post-Cornucopia. Ariadne's attempts at being pleasant are met with disdain.

• In trying to leave the first island, Ariadne runs into Tate. She later regrets not killing him then.

• Tate makes his reappearance, and kills Eliot. Ariadne is there for his final breaths.

• Ariadne, on one of her brief moments alone, runs into Alpha. He disconcerts her.

• Alex is about to get taken out by one of the other Tributes, and Ariadne saves him, thereby adding to her kill count.

• Along with Donatello, her one remaining ally, Ariadne takes out Revya. Technically, it's Don's kill. Later, on her own, Ariadne runs into Neeshka. Still running off of the adrenaline from the earlier kill, they fight to the death. Ariadne emerges victorious, and starts to think that maybe her training was paying off.

• The Dream Team, newly the Capitol's favourite, seem to singlehandedly be taking out the other Tributes. This time, it's Sasuke's turn.

• The final day. Ariadne, Don, and Alex have made it to the last, and there can only be one. Ariadne wins by default.

The Capitol

It's the Crowning Ceremony, and things don't quite as planned. Don escorts Ariadne out before something happens.

The evening after, and Ariadne can't catch a break: Eliot shows up on her floor, uninvited and more wrecked than she can imagine.

The Capitol

A Halloween Ball kicks things off, and Ariadne goes as her own namesake. That is to say, she's very pretty in a toga. Don and Shepard both chat with her for a while, and she ends up getting blown off by Momoko. Well, that's weird. But she does get to meet Max at long last, chats with Alex, albeit a bit awkwardly, and she later meets Dean when he decides she's had enough of the party. A fair enough assumption.

There's a rave about halfway through the Arena, and Ariadne ends up attending. It's not all bad. Dean seems to appreciate her presence. Maybe it was that knife she bought him. Or maybe the fact that they'd been hanging out a little bit before he went off to the Games.

Don finally comes back to the Capitol, and Ariadne goes to see him, to reassure him of his humanity. Or turtle-manity.
